1. Do you offer prescription lenses?
Yes, we offer prescription lenses for selected frames. You can upload your prescription details during checkout or email us at support@btsglasses.com.
2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes:
- Malaysia: 1-3 business days
- International: 5-10 business days (depends on your location)
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
4. Can I return or exchange my order?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect. For eligible cases, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
5. What if I received a defective or wrong item?
Please email us at support@btsglasses.com with your order number and photos of the item. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
6. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number. You can also Track Your Order directly on our website.
7. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, email us as soon as possible. Once shipped, changes or cancellations are not allowed.
8. Do you offer prescription on sunglasses?
Yes! We accept on certain sunglasses model. Please reach out to us at order@btsglasses.com with your request.
