At BTSGLASSES, we take pride in delivering high-quality eyewear and ensuring our customers are satisfied. However, due to the high cost and complexity of international shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged.


1. No Returns or Exchanges for Change of Mind

Please choose carefully before placing your order.

  • You change your mind
  • You choose the wrong model or style
  • You order an incorrect prescription

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item is:

  • Broken during transit
  • Defective in quality
  • Incorrect (not what you ordered)

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

Once verified, we will:

  • Offer a full replacement at no extra cost, or
  • Provide an alternative solution if the item is no longer available

3. Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • The item is faulty or incorrect, and
  • We are unable to offer a replacement

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.


4. Shipping Responsibility

  • BTSGLASSES will cover return shipping only if the issue is due to our error.
  • We do not cover return shipping costs for any other reason.
